Hi Cons, I know that you don't really read talk pages any more (Or at least in theory), but I still want to list my requests in a forum for you.
Primarily, please unlock your talk page, or your "mail" page. Making /message* pages is kind of silly.
Secondarily, if you aren't going to read a user's comments on a talk page, then it might be best to simply avoid blocking them for 90/10, especially since by not reading the comment, you have no clue on the merit of the comment made.
